1) Create Your Career Advancement Account

Go to the Career Advancement Home Page

Eligibility Check page:

  • Enter your first name, your sponsor’s Social Security Number (SSN), and your date of birth (DOB), then click Next.

Personal Contact Information page:

  • Enter your primary phone number, street address, city, state, and zip, then click Next.

Sponsor Information page:

  • Enter your sponsor’s last name, pay grade, date of separation, service, and installation, then click Next.
  • Enter in your username and password and click Create User.

Confirmation email:

  • Check your email for a MYCAA notification that your account has been created.
  • Click the link  in the confirmation email to confirm your account.
